Pricing and payment
Every project is quoted individually as a fixed price. Work starts on 40% advance; the balance is due at launch. The quote lists what is included and what is not.

Timelines
Delivery dates are given in the quote and we hold to them. Delays caused by waiting on content, approvals or third-party access extend the date by the same period.
- 03
Changes to scope
Small adjustments during the build are expected and absorbed. Anything that changes the shape of the project is quoted separately before we start it.
- 04
Ownership and handover
On full payment, source code, domain, hosting accounts and credentials transfer to you. There is no licence to renew and no component we hold back.
- 05
Support after launch
Three months of bug fixes are included from the launch date. After that, an annual maintenance agreement covers hosting, security updates and changes.
